I am interested in the intersection of meaning, time and forms that happens when images are exposed on top and next to one another.  These photographs are exposed inside the camera as overlapping multiple exposures during the shooting. The shooting process itself is a sort of performance and exercise in composition that varies from the traditional 'seen' image through the viewfinder.

The subject matter is generally about intersections — locations where people, nature and commerce connect.  The film is too long to print using traditional enlargers once shot in this manner.  I use a drum scanner to input the film's imagery and use Photoshop for production and retouching.  The image is then printed as a Lambda C-print.  Lambdas are printed on the same paper as traditional C-prints and have the same longevity.
