Tim politely tells a sheriff's deputee (who has been known for pulling climbers out of trees by their hair) that there is a £500 bounty out for the climber's dreadlocks. The climber, one of the best in England, has been banned from England's climbing clubs. He himself was once a protester, but he turned over his services to the Sheriff's department.
